The main material of the body are CF8,CF8M,CF3,CF3M, WCB,A105,F304.F304L.F316.F316L.12CrMoV,15CrMo1V,1Cr5Mo.

Cast steel gate valve：
Nominal diameter : 2”-48”(50-1200mm)
Nominal pressure :. 150-2500lb(1.0-42.0Mpa)
Body material: WCB, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, WC6, WC9, C5.

Forged steel gate valve:
Nominal diameter:1/2”-2”(15-50mm)
Nominal pressure: 150lb-2500lb(1.0Mpa-42.0Mpa)
Body material: A105, F304.F304L.F316.F316L.F11.F22.

Structural features：

2、Seal face using alloy steel or hard alloy the seal materials matching rational and long service life。

3、Disc structure type：Flexible wedge single disc or rigid wedge single disc.Stem surface after nitrogen treatment, with good corrosion resistance, resistance to friction. The packing is flexible graphite , sealing, reliable, flexible, open and close torque is small.
